Registration is free. Your application is reviewed by CyberAar before anything opens: we qualify the scope, then we review the proposed rewards.
Why a review. A hard scope offered against a token reward costs a researcher real work. AarMe enforces a floor per severity: no programme pays less than the lowest tier CyberAar pays on its own programme. That is what the review checks.
